Vince did a wonderful job of remodeling our master bedroom, bath and a guest bath. Listened carefully, responded promptly - and the rooms turned out great. When we had trouble with one window after construction, he arranged for it to be replaced. Upbeat personality, careful craftsman - we highly recommend him.

From start to finish, we found the process met or exceeded our expectations in all ways; that you fit us right into your calendar still seems like some kind of miracle. Every person we connected with from GioCoPro was professional, friendly and thorough. It's great to feel listened to, as well as considered when hearing back suggestions for additional changes or how a job might better work in the long run. This is especially true of working with Weston! He not only led this project beautifully and seamlessly, he understood and improved on what we wanted to do. He and Manny both worked hard and efficiently while they were here, and left the place cleaned up well beyond our expectations everyday! Additionally, they never seemed bothered by, but instead protective of both the over-friendly dog and granddaughter who snuck into their workspace on pretty much a daily basis. Weston's understanding of the job, detailed knowledge of what would and would not work, patience with discovered obstacles (as well as our decision making process) goes far beyond any previous experience we've had with home improvements and remodels. His esthetic workmanship elevated this "quick fix" of what to do with a missing fireplace hole to an entirely new, pleasing master spa.

Vince runs a small home repair/construction business. We had a shower pan leak, discovered while installing hardwood floors (not his work). He was recommended and was an excellent contractor with which to deal. He was under the house immediately and found the damage caused by the long term leak. He was quick to make the fixes (shower demolition, joists under the house, sub floor repair) and had a tile contractor for new tile installation. He was ALWAYS very responsive to requests and changes, and in constant touch. He came by several times just to check up on the subcontractor. I highly recommend him for this type of work.
